The house is seen by appointment.
We keep no shop floor. Pieces are shown privately, one client at a time, so there is space to handle the leather and ask the questions that matter before anything is cut. Client Services replies within two working days.
Atelier visit
An hour in the Cape Town atelier: see hides on the bench, handle finished pieces, and talk through tone, monogram and fit with the maker.
Hide viewing
We lay out the hides currently in the register that suit your piece, and you choose the one your piece is cut from.
Private consultation by video
For clients outside South Africa. Held at a time in your own hours, with hides and swatches presented on camera and samples posted afterwards.
Request an appointment
Write to Client Services with your preferred format, your city and two or three dates that suit you. We confirm in writing with a time and, for atelier visits, the address.
