An established silhouette should be simple to own. A piece drawn for you alone deserves a longer conversation. Nothing in between.
The Collection — a short selection
Three choices, then it is ours to make.
- 01 — Silhouette & toneChoose the piece and one of its tones. Each silhouette is offered in a short range the hide will accept.
- 02 — MonogramYour initials, hand-set in gold or blind-embossed, placed where you prefer. Every piece is personalised.
- 03 — DeliveryInsured shipping worldwide, and your piece entered into the MBALI registry under its own number.
From then on your client account carries everything: the making of your piece stage by stage, its register number, its shipment, and the private gifts and early offerings reserved for patrons of the register.
Private commission — guided
Drawn for one person only.
- 01 — First approachWrite to the atelier. We reply within two working days and set a private appointment, in Cape Town or by video.
- 02 — Design & quoteProportion, tone, hardware and monogram are drawn and costed. You receive a written quote before anything is cut.
- 03 — Hide selectionWe show you the registered hides in the atelier and you choose the one your piece is cut from.
- 04 — Making & registerTen to sixteen weeks at the bench, followed in your account, then delivered with its origin certificate, the maker's signature and lifetime restoration.
